"One of his customers crushed my car a week ago. I quickly filled a claim and have NOT heard back at all. Seven days and counting. I have called many times and as always, they don't take responsibility. Quick to charge, slow to be accountable. As of today 9/29/25, since you can't add another review, more than 2 weeks and nothing has been solved. I hope people stop paying high premiums with these insurances."

"I was super sad that my car got hit, it was definitely stressful. Jenn was incredibly helpful in filing my claim, she even stayed on the line with me until the claims office got on.
